In his painting, Fabian Hiller combines analogue and digital processes to create a hybrid pictorial space. The starting point for his works are visual phenomena created by screens, simulations and technical devices, which appear from the outset as abstracted images. Just as photography transforms reality, digital space also generates its own pictorial logic, which Hiller translates back into painting. Fabian Anton Hiller (*1997 in Mainz) has been studying under Thomas Scheibitz at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf since 2022.
