Mouches Volantes is a noncommercial, independent and interdisciplinary Art Space Project in Cologne, presenting visual and performing arts. Mouches Volantes was founded by Ihsan Alisan in September 2020. 

Mouches Volantes is driven by the belief that true innovation can be achieved in areas where chaos and order, the known and the unknown intersect with each other. Mouches Volantes provides an open, experimental platform without prejudice and discrimination for artists with unusual and unconventional perspectives, encouraging multi-dimensional thoughts, approaches and positions.

Mouches Volantes is a member of Brunnen e.V. The Brunnen e.V. is an association of the art spaces and rental parties of the Ebertplatzpassage in Cologne and is one of the most important contacts with regard to the cultural use of the square until the reconstruction in the course of the master plan.

Since 2013, Brunnen e.V. has been aiming to continue to establish Ebertplatz as an already nationally and internationally renowned meeting place for the art scene and to further strengthen its structure together with a committed urban society.
