Room Room

Room Room is an international exhibition platform in Copenhagen, initiated and operated by AHC. It provides a space for diverse practices, emphasising experimentation, visual thinking and the relationship between art and the world. The exhibition programme is primarily created by artists, curators and practice-based researchers participating in AHC’s programmes, as well as through open calls. The name Room Room echoes the architectural redesign of the space, where an upstairs floor was removed to create a double-height ceiling. More indirectly, the name gestures towards the idea of ‘making room’—of holding or occupying space. Room Room thereby reflects AHC’s mission to support, facilitate and share artistic and curatorial experiments while inviting the public to engage.
