The exhibition Sculpture Nails at Thaddaeus Ropac Paris Marais retraces Sylvie Fleury’s profound contribution to how we understand the sculptural medium. On the ground floor of the gallery, the Swiss artist presents a selection of sculptures – both historic pieces and new works seen here for the first time – spanning her career of more than 30 years. On the first floor, visitors will discover an immersive space illuminated only by the glow of the artist’s celebrated neon works. The sculptures across typologies, materials and formats in the gallery’s ground floor space are brought together without hierarchy or chronology in a spirit of abundance and generosity.
