Molitor is pleased to announce the upcoming solo exhibition by New York based artist Diane Severin Nguyen, opening for Gallery Weekend Berlin on 2 May 2025.

Diane Severin Nguyen (*1990, California) is renowned for her innovative approach to photography, video, and installation. For her first solo exhibition at Molitor, Nguyen will debut new bodies of work in both photography and video, further expanding her exploration of transformation and materiality.

Nguyen has exhibited her work internationally at renowned venues such as HKW Berlin, the Whitney Museum of American Art, SculptureCenter, The Renaissance Society, Rockbund Art Museum, MoMA PS1, the Carnegie Museum of Art, Schinkel Pavilion, Jeu de Paume, and the Hammer Museum, among others. Her films have been showcased at prestigious film festivals, including the New York Film Festival, the International Film Festival Rotterdam, as well as Berlinale and Woche der Kritik. Recently, she conceived a performance at the Museum of Modern Art Warsaw and was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2023.
