Starting on 11 April, the Common Arts Foundation will present an exhibition featuring over a dozen works by the artist from private collections. "The central point of the presentation is the reactivation of the significance of Witkacy's portrait practice – one of the most distinctive and extensive parts of his artistic output. The works shown in the exhibition, mostly originating from private collections, create not only a gallery of individual likenesses but also a kind of map of the artist's social, artistic, and intellectual relationships." — curator Iwona Wojnarowicz
